10 Days Return Warranty

We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, defective merchandises are subject to exchange within 10 days you have received your items.

If you want to return the item for any other reasons, please contact customer service via Email or Live chat.

Return & Exchange Policy

1). If we send wrong item to you or you received the damaged stuff, then you can return it to us.

*Return or exchange your items within 14 days from the delivered date.

*Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.

 

2).If the customer chooses a wrong size/wrong color/wrong style, the exchange or refund is also affordable. But the customer shall pay for the shipping fees forth and back.

Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, only if the customer service staff has authorized the return. We will provide a refund as long as we receive the return package; and the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. HottyGal provides one temporary policy, If you are unsatisfied with order (with any quality issue), please contact us within14 days after receiving order. 

Full Refunds

We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund. 

 

Partial Refunds

We offer a partial refund within 3 days of receiving your return goods. The refund is about 20%-90% of full payment customers sent. The rest money is for shipping fee when we sent items. The first step in the refund process is to contact our Customer Service.

Canceling Orders (Before shipment)

All orders canceled within 3  hours of purchase will be eligible for a full refund.

All orders canceled after 3  hours will be eligible for a refund deducting a fee of $5/piece.

Exchanging Orders (Before shipment)

 All orders within 3 hours of purchase will be eligible for a free exchange.

 All orders after 3 hours will also be eligible for an exchange, but the customers should pay handling fee which is 5USD/pc.
